It demonstrates the use of compliance inspection checklists developed by PNNL to assist states in determining if they meet 90% compliance with the code requirements. The course also describes how to conduct a plan review, how to assess compliance with specific code provisions in the field, how to determine overall compliance rates, and how to gather and report data.
